*Customers outside Hong Kong are required to pay freight to Hong Kong and possible taxes. For tax issues, please contact the relevant local authorities.
Maintenance and Replacement
If there is any quality problem with any D-Only product within 14 days of receipt, the customer has the right to request repair or replacement of the product.
- To exchange D-Only products of the same design, customers must return the item to the store by mail or in person along with the original receipt, packaging, accessories and any certificates.
-If the customer wishes to exchange for a D-Only product of a different design, they will be responsible for paying any price difference. Customers must still return the original merchandise to the store along with receipt, packaging, accessories and certificates.
*If there is a problem with the quality of the product after verification, D-only will bear the freight. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for related fees and shipping costs.
Refund
If any quality issues arise within 14 days after the customer receives the product or inspects it in the store, D-Only will take the item back and issue a full refund. This refund policy only applies in these circumstances - no other refunds are available.
The quality-related issues covered by this policy include:
- Diamonds that are not shown in the video or certificate but are visibly cloudy, milky, or flawed to the naked eye.
Jewelry products that do not match the specified product information.
*If D-only's products have the above problems, D-only will bear the shipping costs after verification. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any postage risks.
